Shipping & Returns

TheBestCooler.com Return Policy

Please note, customers are responsible for verifying their order, i.e., color, size, etc.. All cooler orders prior to checkout clearly show the size of the cooler, the color, etc.. No refunds are accepted due to customer error without prior consent of TheBestCooler.com. Should it be absolutely necessary to return a cooler, the customer will be required to pay for return shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee. Should you receive an item that has been clearly damaged in shipping, please call (716) 990-4588 immediately. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Some of the coolers such as Engel we offer free shipping on. Due to the high cost of shipping the coolers outside the USA, we currently only ship our coolers anywhere within the USA. We can ship outside internationally if customer pays all shipping fees in advance and provides all of the proper documentation required during the checkout process.

On most coolers we carry UPS will calculate the cost of shipping during the checkout process. No shipping fees will be applied if that Brand particular is market Free Shipping. Additionally, shipping fees will be waived in the event that a valid Free Shipping coupon or promotional code is used during the checkout process. 

When you place an order with us you will receive a tracking number which will be provided after UPS has picked up the product. With the tracking number you are able to track your package(s). All coolers and/or products are typically shipped to our customers within 5-7 business days, sooner in most cases. In some rare instances it may take longer depending on the product ordered and which one of our US warehouses it is being shipped from.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimensional-based, not weight-based. The dimension and weight of any such item can be found on the product page. To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use (UPS), all dimensions and weights are rounded up.
